The need to innovate is unquestionably the motivation behind FRANCEMETAL's development.
Unlike the profiles that are found on the metal construction market, we were the only manufacturer to use folded sheets of galvanised steel in long lengths to create lighter frames which are easy to transport and offer the same guaranteed durability. Each stage of metal processing (steel, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.) is assigned to qualified and experienced production staff.
From coil to sheet to your finished product, metal can undergo as many as 7 procedures :
- > unrolling
- > shearing
- > slitting
- > punching
- > laser cutting
- > bending
- > welding
Each of these techniques requires know-how and impeccable expertise in the tools used.
